Deposits
All bookings are subjected to a non-refundable £25 deposit.
Deposits are transferable up until a week before your appointment, if you do want to reschedule after this time period, a new deposit will be required.

Cancellations and no shows are taken seriously and full charge of service will be charged.
Lateness
A 5 minute grace period will be allowed .A £10 late fee may be imposed for every 10 minutes you are late so please be on time .

After booking
Please allow up to 48 hours to receive your confirmation email.
48 hours before your appointment you will receive a reminder email, which will have the address in which your appointment will take place.
Please drop your wig off 3-7 days before your appointment , hair dropped off any later will incur a £20 rush fee.
